What to Expect
Across three days, Miles explores the science and implementation of strength, flexibility, and mobility training within a yoga context — covering how these qualities work together rather than in opposition. Through posture assessment, load protocols, and structured progressions, you'll develop a clear picture of what your body needs and how to train it effectively. Practical focus areas include front splits, middle splits, shoulder mobility, and spinal range — all mapped toward supporting inversions and backbends. You'll leave with the tools to identify what's genuinely weak, what's genuinely restricted, and how to address both with intention. Suitable for practitioners and movers of all level who want a better understanding of how to build lasting range and strength in their body.

Miles is a dynamic force, merging his passion for techno culture with his inventive approach to Rocket yoga. Immersed in London’s club scene during his formative years—DJing, hosting raves, and running a record label— he brings the vibrant energy of that world into his yoga classes. Each session blends pulsating dance rhythms with playful Rocket yoga sequences, crafted to invigorate and challenge you.
