Welcome to YALLAYOGA. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website, studio classes, memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and Yoga Teacher Training programmes offered by YALLAYOGA in Doha, Qatar.
By purchasing or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable terms and conditions.
1. Privacy Policy & Payment Security
YALLAYOGA respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, booking details, and payment-related information when you use our website or services.
Secure Payment Processing
If you make a payment for products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
Payments are processed through the applicable payment provider's secure payment system. Customers may be asked to provide their card number, card expiry date, CVV/CVC security code, and billing address as part of the payment process. YALLAYOGA does not ask customers to send their full card details or security codes through email, WhatsApp, or other unsecured communication channels.
We use personal information for purposes including processing bookings and payments, managing memberships, communicating with customers, and providing our services. Information may be shared with payment processors and service providers where necessary to complete transactions or operate our services.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

2. Product & Service Pricing
All prices for classes, memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and Yoga Teacher Training programmes are displayed on the relevant website page, booking platform, or registration page.
Prices are stated in Qatari Riyals (QAR), unless otherwise indicated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the price, validity period, inclusions, and applicable conditions before completing a purchase.
YALLAYOGA reserves the right to update prices and service offerings. Any changes will be communicated or reflected in the relevant sales channel. Price changes will not retrospectively alter a completed purchase, except where required by applicable law.
3. Customer & Card Details
When making a card payment, customers may be required to provide the following information through the secure payment provider's checkout process:
Full card number (PAN).
Card expiry date.
Card CVV/CVC security code.
Billing address associated with the card.
Customers must ensure that the information they provide is accurate and that they are authorised to use the payment method.
Card details should be submitted only through the designated secure payment interface. YALLAYOGA will not request customers to disclose their CVV/CVC security code through email, telephone, or WhatsApp.
4. Delivery & Service Fulfilment Policy
YALLAYOGA primarily provides services rather than physical products. These include studio classes, memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and teacher-training programmes.
There is no physical shipping or delivery for these services unless a physical product is specifically offered.
Upon successful payment, bookings, memberships, and class packages are activated or confirmed through the relevant booking system or platform, subject to the applicable service terms.
Workshop and training dates, times, venues, and access details will be communicated through the relevant booking or registration channels.
Where a service is cancelled or changed by YALLAYOGA, affected customers will be notified and any applicable remedy will be handled in accordance with the relevant service terms and applicable law.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. YALLAYOGA operates a no-refund policy for purchased memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and Yoga Teacher Training programmes.
Once a purchase has been completed, payments are generally non-refundable, including where a customer changes their mind, cannot attend, does not use the purchased services, or chooses to discontinue participation.
Memberships and class packages are personal to the purchaser and are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or converted into another product or service unless expressly authorised by YALLAYOGA in writing.
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for unused classes, expired packages, missed sessions, or a customer's failure to attend a booked class or event.
Deposits for Yoga Teacher Training programmes are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement for the programme.
Exceptions: Nothing in this policy excludes any refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where a refund is legally required or expressly approved by YALLAYOGA, it will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
6. Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings
Customers are responsible for managing their bookings and cancellations through the applicable booking platform or by contacting YALLAYOGA.
Bookings should be cancelled within the cancellation window displayed in the booking system or communicated by YALLAYOGA. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of the relevant class credit or other applicable booking consequences.
Customers should check the booking platform for the cancellation deadline and any applicable conditions before reserving a class.
Memberships & Class Packages
Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-extendable.
They may only be used by the registered purchaser.
They cannot be transferred to another person.
Their validity periods are fixed and cannot ordinarily be extended.
Unused classes or benefits remaining after expiry are forfeited and are not refundable.
Cancellation of a booking does not automatically extend the validity of a membership or package.
Any membership termination or recurring-payment cancellation must be requested through the applicable membership or payment process. Cancellation of future payments does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for payments already made.
Workshops & Events
Workshop and event registrations are subject to the cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking.
Customer cancellations, missed attendance, or withdrawal from an event do not ordinarily qualify for a refund under our no-refund policy, subject to applicable law and any specific written terms provided for that event.
If YALLAYOGA cancels or materially changes a workshop or event, customers will be informed of the applicable arrangements.
Yoga Teacher Training Programmes
Deposits are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the specific written terms of the programme.
Students should review the relevant training page and enrolment agreement for payment schedules, attendance requirements, withdrawal conditions, and certification requirements before registering.
Any programme-specific written agreement will apply alongside these general terms. Where there is a conflict, the terms will be interpreted consistently with applicable law.
7. Health, Safety & Studio Conduct
movement activities involve physical exertion. Customers are responsible for practising within their individual abilities and informing the instructor of any relevant physical limitations or concerns before participating.
Customers should follow instructor guidance, use studio equipment appropriately, and respect other participants and staff.
YALLAYOGA reserves the right to restrict participation where reasonably necessary for safety or appropriate studio conduct, subject to applicable law.
8. Changes to Services
Class schedules, instructors, workshops, and other services may occasionally change due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
YALLAYOGA will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to affected customers.
Where YALLAYOGA cancels a paid service, any applicable refund, replacement, credit, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the specific service terms and applicable law.
