Requirement: for new joiners we recommend that you attend a minimum of 10 Aerial classes prior to the training / if you are already a yoga instructor or yogi, attend a few classes to get familiar with the practice!
About MIRELLA
My name is Mirella, an Italian yoga teacher and former dancer passionate about expressing emotions through mind, heart, and body. I began practicing yoga in 2015 and, during the COVID-19 lockdown, recognized its power to foster confidence and awareness. This led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and start teaching Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Flexibility, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Fascinated by Aerial Yoga, I earned a 65-hour certification and deepened my expertise with Aerial Silk training. As Head of Aerial Department in a Dubai yoga studio, I led teacher trainings and explored creative aerial styles. I am also certified in Yin, Prenatal, Postnatal, and Children’s Yoga, holding E-RYT200, YACEP, and E-RYT500 qualifications. Now in Doha, I am excited to share my passion with the Yalla Yoga Community, believing that “We always have the power to make a difference.”
